BGT SPEED PARCEL SERVICE, (Parcels should be insured & taken at Consignor risk only., If any loss company Liable to Rs.500/- Only.

SPEED PARCEL: Ensure quality packaging to protecting your parcel during transportation.

  • We will take at-most care on handing the products, in Case of Damage, Up to Rs.500/- recovery on % basis. Above Rs.500/- to be claim on Insurance.
  • In case the Parcels are lost or damaged in transit the company will not be liable though every care shall be taken by the company for safe transportation of parcels.
  • Contraband articles are not permitted to carry in the vehicle. The parcels owner will bear sole responsibility in case of any objectionable contraband goods are found in the packages on checkup by Octroi, Excise and other authorities.
  • Company is not responsible for any breakable items. It will be booked only with MAX Good Packing on the owner's risk.
  • Company will not responsible for damage or fragile, parishable items, money,jewelry or any valuable things.
  • Loading and unloading charges should be paid by the customers.
  • ALL Parcels Should be enclosed with Tax Bill / R.C Copy. If on the way TAX/Govt officals checked & found issue. customer responsiveness for the recovery.
  • As per the Gov norms E-way bill is mandatory for Bill Value above Rs.50,000 inter state, 1L within the state for movement of goods.

  • We do not hold any other responsibility on the late arrival of parcels.
  • Luggage/Parcel should be collected within 36 hours of its arrival,failing which the management is not responsible loss/damage.
  • More than 5 days Demurrage Charge per day 5% of parcel value will be charged from day 1.
  • If consignments are not taken delivery within 30 days it will be disposed.
  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Mettur, Salem (D.T) courts only.
  • Alcohol, Kutka and other Prohibited products are not allowed. If found it will be Handed over to Police
  • Proof of Delivery (POD) will be shared via SMS immedity on delivery.
  • Incase material return, 2way charges are appliable.
  • FTL - Load factor should be intimated 3-4hrs in advance. For better planning
